Refund and rescheduling policy
At Elevate Sport Academy, we aim to offer flexible and accommodating options for our services while maintaining a fair and consistent approach for all participants. Please carefully review our refund and rescheduling policies:
Refunds:
Refunds are not available for services provided through Elevate Sport Academy.
Rescheduling of 1:1 and Small Group Sessions:
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Late withdrawals (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) are not eligible for rescheduling. The session will be forfeited.
8-Week Programs:
If a participant is unable to complete a full 8-week program due to injury or illness, the program may be credited to another term, subject to availability.
In the event of a price increase for the subsequent term, the participant is responsible for covering the difference in cost.
If a participant misses a session during the 8-week program, no credit or refund will be provided. The missed session will be considered at the participant's cost.
